Teens, parents, and volunteers,

As I write this e-mail, one thing comes to mind - IT IS RAINING HARD!  Oh, that God would rain down his Spirit and revival.  A couple of things to consider for this week and in the near future:

1.  Salt Devo (10th-12th grade) = this Sun. at Cooper's from 6:00-8:30 pm.

2.  Sat. 9/20:  Operation Re-Habitat - 8:00 am in Newtown.

We will be working with Habitat for Humanity to repair one of their affordable houses that was damaged recently.  We probably will be doing yard work, land scaping, cleaning, painting?, and floor repair?.  We will be done by 1:00 pm.  Each teen (13-17) will need to get a permission form signed by a parent.  I hope we have a good turnout because this is a great Matt. 25 opportunity.  By the way, I did not call them, they called us because of our reputation of service and history with Habitat.  Praise God!

3.  Sun. 9/21:  Parent Meeting - 5:30 pm at Central.

Please participate if possible.  This will be a great time to be together as well as discuss some important issues related to the youth ministry.
